I would like to download a program wherein i can edit my songs in the computer and make remixes; a program wherein i can also add sound effects, computer talk(like the way a computer speaks), and also available to be burned on CDs. What should i download wherein it is safe %26 easy to be used and downloaded(spyware and adware free)? Why? thanks!

Try adobe audition, nero soundtrax or nero wave editor... You can even make the voices become deep or chipmunks.. hahah might it helps.... You can download it on the net. or from cd.
