I need :

1- Anti-virus : light,free,one of the best

2-Anti-spyware : light,free,one of the best.(real time) and I hate spybot!

3-Firewall : ZoneAlarm or comodo ?

4- internet browser : is Firefox recommended?

1) Avast.

Yes, Avira's detection rate is somewhat higher, but Avast's is still very good. Also Avast scans your email and can be scheduled to do a boot-time scan, niether of which Avira can do. Also Avast has recently added antispy and rootkit detection to their free version.

I think Avast is the best all-around free antivirus and I use and recommend it.

2) Antispy: Superantispyware has been suggested, and I definitely use and recommend it, but the free version doesn't give real-time protection. That's why I team it with Comodo BOClean.

3) Firewall: Comodo all the way (*see source for ratings).

4) Firefox. Somewhat slow to start, but faster than IE once it's up. More secure. Tons of great add-ons.
