I'm trying to download more songs onto my iPhone....?

And I'm looking for a download site that meets the following criteria:

-Songs have to be in MP3/iTunes format

-NO ADWARE/MALWARE/SPYWARE whatsoever

-Free of charge on songs

I've tried LimeWire, Kazaa, and WinMX (from long ago), and they didn't work much for me. Limewire was a big pain in my rear, because I had a lot of spyware that infected my PC.
