I highly doubt there are any downloads at all for RuneScape (minus the official RuneScape client offered by Jagex) that do not have a virus, spyware, or adware.
Besides, even if the viruses, spyware, and adware were deleted, there are almost no third-party programs allowed while playing RuneScape. Artmoney is one of those banned programs. Mind you, Jagex has gotten pretty good at catching people.
