I was wondering if that was reliable, as I wanted to download the game. It claims to be spyware and virus free, but it looks a little off. When I clicked the terms and conditions some spanish page and phone number came up.

Hard to tell. Looks a little off, but it could be good. If you're really not sure, then don't download it. When you download it, don't run the installer, just save it and then run a virus scan and a spyware scan. If it's infected remove it straight away.
