How can I restore the computer's control panel deleted by winantivirus pro 2007?

My computer was infected yesterday by winantivirus pro 2007.

In downloaded some free antivirus/ spyware software but they did not worked.

I tried to go to control panel but the management fuction was disable and then the control panel was deleted by winantivirus pro 2007.

Then I tried a programme that I found in the Yahoo answers.

It worked I removed the winantivirus pro 2007 but I do not have a control panel function.

Can anyone help me to restore the control panel in the computer free of charge? I am not a technically minded person.

Try to remove it manually or use removal tool (XoftSpy) , not free. Also you can try SpyBot it's free but i don't kno if it remove WinAntiVirus 2007 version.
